These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glaze website and services. By accessing the website, submitting content, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
All services offered under the Glaze brand are provided, contracted, and invoiced exclusively by:
Space Shift Technologies LLP,
a limited liability partnership incorporated in India.
For the avoidance of doubt:
Space Shift Technologies LLP is the sole contracting and invoicing entity for all clients
All payments, invoices, and financial transactions are processed by Space Shift Technologies LLP
Web Shift Technologies Ltd acts solely as the licensor and brand owner, and does not contract directly with clients
Certain operational, technical, and administrative services may be provided by affiliated entities under internal agreements.
By purchasing services, you confirm that:
You are not acting as a consumer
You are acquiring services for commercial or professional purposes
Consumer protection laws applicable to personal or household use do not apply.
Services are delivered solely based on client-submitted images and are deemed complete once the purchased content pack has been fulfilled.
No subscriptions, retainers, or ongoing services are offered.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Services are provided from India through Space Shift Technologies LLP
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, advertising rules, and consumer regulations in your jurisdiction
Glaze does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice
Use of services is at your own discretion and risk.
Glaze does not independently verify ownership or legality of client content and shall not be liable for misuse or infringement arising from client-supplied materials.
Glaze makes no warranties regarding realism, factual accuracy, or consumer perception.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that final assets:
Comply with platform policies
Do not mislead consumers
Meet local regulatory and advertising requirements
Glaze is not liable for ad rejections, account penalties, delistings, or enforcement actions.
Any turnaround times communicated are estimates only. Delays caused by incomplete uploads, revision requests, technical issues, or events beyond reasonable control do not constitute breach of contract.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in service refusal and recovery action.
Subjective dissatisfaction or creative preference does not guarantee revisions. Requests beyond the defined scope may incur additional charges.
No ownership rights in internal systems or processes are transferred.
Glaze may display completed work for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes unless a written opt-out request is received prior to delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Glaze shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific content pack giving rise to the claim
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Shift Technologies LLP, Web Shift Technologies Ltd, and their affiliates against all claims arising from:
Client-supplied content
Advertising or platform violations
Regulatory breaches or misrepresentation
The courts of Kolkata, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Glaze reserves the right to change the contracting and invoicing entity to another affiliated company upon prior notice. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
